Context
A franchise network needs the same rules to hold across three places: the franchisor’s management, the supplier’s operation and the kiosk counter. Catalogs, prices, payments and inventory need to follow that journey.
For Dantas One, MXMO is developing One System: a proprietary platform connecting these roles from purchase order to customer sale.
Decision
Turn network rules into real controls in the system. Each role accesses what it needs, discounts follow approval limits and each stock movement helps explain the inventory balance.
One System is a technology asset owned by Dantas One, custom-built by MXMO. The platform is in development, focused on greater management control and a consistent foundation for network expansion.
